Ways to Get Involved in Northeast Ohio

In last week’s blog, we discussed ways great workplaces involve themselves in their communities. The benefits of community involvement are building teamwork, retaining employees, increasing morale, improving public image, making a positive impact in the local community, and teaching others new skills.
