A new study released by the American Psychological Association this fall shows that job applicants are more attracted to organizations when their websites include employee testimonials. Don’t cheat on sleep. If you routinely deprive yourself of sleep, you’ll pay for it with fatigue. Adults need 7 to 9 hours a day; even an extra hour of sleep can dramatically improve energy.
Tip: The best way to improve sleep is to maintain a firm time for going to bed and awakening.
